This track goes beyond just training models, it focuses on building complete AI solutions—from training and fine-tuning models to integrating them into scalable, real-world systems. Think of applied AI like agents, AI pipelines, as well as core work on model architectures, training, and evaluation that power them.

FAQs

Do I need a team to participate?

Not necessarily. You're welcome to fly solo or form a team of 2 to 5 members. Don't worry though- we'll help you find teammates (no forced group projects, promise!)

Is the hackathon an overnight event?

Yes. The hackathon kicks off on the night of 12th February and will wrap up on 14th February. Participants will stay at the venue overnight on 12th and 13th February, subject to eliminations. Coffee, code, repeat!

Will I get OD?

Yes, OD will be provided to participants throughout the duration of the hackathon. Don't worry, you wouldn't want to miss this!

What are the prizes?

Devspace offers a range of exciting rewards, including cash prizes and exclusive goodies! In short: great ideas may earn you more than just bragging rights.

What kind of problem statements should I expect?

Participants will work on real-world problem statements across multiple domains, designed to spark creativity and practical problem-solving. Specific tracks and themes will be revealed soon, a little suspense never hurt anyone!

What tech stack should I know?

There are no restrictions on the technology you use. Bring us your favourite programming language, framework or tech stack. If it works for you, it works for us!

Will there be speaker or mentoring sessions?

Yes. The hackathon will feature speaker sessions and mentoring opportunities by industry professionals. Expect insights, technical guidance and advice that's actually useful.
